Deposits & Contracts

A deposit and contract signature is required in order to book a photoshoot. Deposits are 50% of the rate for the photoshoot package that's chosen and are non-refundable. All payments are made via Square using credit or debit card.

On day of session

Non-essential guests are not allowed on set of your photoshoot (for studio clients). Essential guests are makeup artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, or set designers hired for your photoshoot. While on set essential guests will be required to wear a mask while prepping clients. You must communicate with the photographer prior to your session if you will be having an essential guest present during your session. It is at the photographer's digression if they will be allowed. Pets or children are also not allowed at your studio session if they are not being photographed. If the client arrives to shoot over 15 minutes late, the photoshoot may be rescheduled by photographer or client will be required to pay a $30 late fee. The remaining balance of the session is also due once the shoot has ended.

Turnaround

Retouching may take up to 2 weeks depending on the project and photographer's current availability, but the initial turnaround is 5-7 business days after client submits official selections for retouching. If you need a quicker turnaround, please include that as a note with your booking inquiry. It will be additional for a faster turnaround, price varies depicting on project.

Rescheduling

Client is allowed to reschedule by paying a rescheduling fee of $50.

Cancellations/Refunds

There are no refunds for cancellations.

Travel

Josh Alex is available to travel for work. Any fees charged for traveling must be covered by the client: flight, hotel, travel, parking, etc. For more information regarding traveling fees, please include that as a note with your booking inquiry.
